Event Day Schedule:
8:30 a.m. – Event Village opens
8:30 a.m. – Registration/Packet Pickup opens
8:30 a.m. – Be The Match Registry Drive opens
9:15 a.m. – Marrow/PBSC Donor & Transplant Recipient/Patient photo (at stage)
9:30 a.m. – Welcome Program and Top Fundraising Awards
9:45 a.m. – Tot Trot
10:00 a.m. – 5K
10:05 a.m. – 1K
Running awards will be announced once results are final
See the faces of marrow/PBSC donors, transplant recipients and searching patients meeting to celebrate Be The Match’s life-saving mission with a group photo.
Specialty bibs are available for marrow donors, transplant recipients, Registry members and supporters who are participating in honor or memory of a special person. Pick up your bib at the Be The Match Tent in the Event Village.
Please note: We do not offer a bag drop. Please leave any items you don’t want to carry in a secure location.

Community Outreach:
We are looking for volunteer leaders! Be part of the Local Organizing Committee that is dedicated to helping the event reach its goals in order to save more lives. Committee members serve as ambassadors of Be The Match Walk+Run, and promote the Be The Match Walk+Run in the local community. No experience is necessary.
You can also help us get the word out about your participation in the Be The Match Walk+Run. Build awareness and help boost the funds you raise by spreading the word to your social networks or by posting event posters and postcards in your community.
