AMENITIES + SCHEDULE:

Warmup (9:15AM) Race Warmup with one of our Personal Trainers
5K Race (9:30AM) The race will begin in front of Harbor Fitness at 92nd St. & 4th Avenue, and runners will run through the historic Fort Hamilton Army Base, then finish back by the gym. NO VIDEO OR PICTURES ARE ALLOWED ALONG THE COURSE THROUGH THE BASE
Kids Activities & Block Party (9:00-Noon) Fun for the kids; face painting, arts & crafts, entertainment, bouncy ride, goodies and more! Food and refreshments will also be served.
Feats of Strength (9:00-Noon) Show Us Your Grit in our TRUGRIT & FEATS OF STRENGTH Competitions
Join In on our Zumba, 12 Rounds and other class samplers (9:00-Noon) from our stage!!
Pee Wee Run (10:30AM) For children ages 12 & Under
Awards & Raffle (10:30AM)

T-SHIRT/NUMBER PICK UP IN BAY RIDGE:

FRI, June 8th 5-8pm
SAT June 9th 12-3pm
SUN June 10th Begins 7:30am
There is street parking around the club, a garage next door to the club if you arrive prior to 9:30am, and only runners/walkers will be permitted on the base once the race starts. There will be no cars or parking on base.

DAY OF RACE:
