Our opening season event begins with a 5K around the lake at Flushing Meadows Park in Queens, NY. This race is open to all civilian and law enforcement runners/walkers, which begins and ends near the Unisphere by the Queens Museum. Refreshments are available all participants, there is a big post race raffle and the first 150 pre-registered applicants will receive an 18 ounce ceramic cappuccino mug!

Entry Fees:
- 5K and Mile Open Division: $25 Pre-Register - $30 Day of Race
- Students 14 and under with Valid ID: $15 Pre-Register - $30 Day of race

- Special Awards: Handcuff Couples (M/F Partners Only, 3 Places)
