9AM Start Rain or Shine (8:30 Fun Run)

Adelphi's 5K walk/run will take place during Adelphi Spirit Weekend, where Adelphi students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, friends and neighbors are coming together. All proceeds of the 5K  will benefit the L.I. Alzheimer's Foundation

AMENITIES & AWARDS

All participants receive refreshments & T-Shirt!
Jogging Strollers are permitted.

Top 3 M/F Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Race Begins at South Avenue:

DAY OF SCHEDULE

Children ages 2-7 are invited participate in the Fun Run at 8:30 a.m.
Kids Fun Run – 8:30 a.m.
Panthers for a Cause 5K – 9:00 a.m.

FEES

Kids Fun Run (ages 2-7): Free, but registration is required
5K Registration for STUDENTS: $10
5K Registration by 9/28: $25
5K Registration after 9/28: $35

PACKET PICKUP

Runners must check-in and pick up race materials at the registration table outside of the Nexus Building (NEX) the day of the races. Registration will open at 7:00 a.m.
