38th Rockaway Rotary Annual Ocean Run/Walk

5K begins at 10:00 AM - Kid's Run begins at 9:30 AM

Course:
5K Race starts at Shore Front Parkway and Beach 108th Street and goes down to Beach 72nd Street and back up to the finish at Beach 108th Street.

Entry Fees:
Only online registrants will receive T-Shirts
5K Run/Walk: $25 pre-entry, $30 day of race
5K Run/Walk 11 and under: $15 pre-entry, $20 day of race
Kids ¼ Mile Run: $10 pre-entry

- Top 3 Overall Male & Female finishers
- Awards for Male & Female Masters Champions
- Top male and female finishers in the following age categories:
11 & under, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
- Special awards for Rotarians, Police, Parks, Fire, and Sanitation entrants

Part of the proceeds from the run ($1000) will go to ALS
research and the support of those afflicted with ALS.

Free blood pressure screenings will be provided by nurses
from St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway.
