In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, in October, we are supporting SHARE Cancer Support, which offers support for women with breast cancer, as well as ovarian and metastatic cancers. Five dollars from each adult registration will be donated to SHARE and any additional donation amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support for such a worthy cause!

Take advantage of the early bird special before prices change. You can register individually, or setup a team. Teams receive a special discounted price.

This is a timed 5K race and the course starts near the Unisphere, then continues out and around the lake, and finishes near the Unisphere in the beautiful Flushing Meadows Park, Queens. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age group (male & female) 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.

Before the 5K race, there will be a one mile fun run for children 5-12 years old. Children will receive a ribbon for completing their run and the top three male and female children runners will receive medals.

There will be health and fitness professionals providing info at the race along with goodie items and fun for the children, light refreshments for all, and free giveaways. T-shirts will be given to the the first 100 adults that register for the 5K race. An email will be sent to participants on info to pick up race packets before the race.
