5K Walk: $20 pre-entry (includes t-shirt, refreshments and more)
Fun Run: $7 pre-entry (includes a participation medal)

May 17th, 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Course:
Run through scenic Bar Harbor in Massapequa,
flat course, water and Gatorade station at 1.5 miles.

5K Awards:
- Top Overall Male & Female
- Top 3 finishers in the following age categories:
   14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over
